Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to what people ask before they work with us.
What makes The AI Bridge different from other automation providers?
We do the implementation rather than recommending it. Max spent years at PwC in restructuring diagnosing what was actually broken in businesses, so every engagement starts with the commercial problem and not a technology shortlist. If the honest answer is that a £40 a month product already does what you need, we will tell you that.
What can you actually build?
Workflow automations between the tools your team already uses, data pipelines and reporting, lead generation systems, and custom portals or internal tools where no product fits. Some engagements connect systems you already own. Others build the system those connections were missing.
How do you charge?
Fixed fee for defined projects, typically £2,000 to £50,000 and up, including documentation, handover and 30 days of support. Revenue share where the result is directly measurable. Ongoing support from £2,500 a month for businesses running live systems.
Do we need technical staff in-house?
No. We build, document and hand over, and most clients run the result without a developer. What you do need is one person who owns the process, because they are the one who knows the exceptions and edge cases that make a workflow real.
Will this work with the systems we already have?
Usually, and that is normally the cheaper answer. The real constraint is what your current tools allow. Some lower SaaS tiers restrict API access, which limits how much can be automated, so we check that early because it changes the approach.
How long does a project take?
A single workflow is usually days to two weeks. A connected system across several tools takes a few weeks. Portals and internal tools run longer. The slowest part is rarely the building. It is getting access approved and pinning down what the process actually is.
What if it does not deliver?
We agree the performance metrics before work starts. If a solution does not meet them or fails to deliver the anticipated ROI, we offer a no-ROI money-back guarantee. Agreeing what success looks like up front is the part that makes that possible.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do. The code, the data and the accounts are yours, and handover includes documentation written for a non-technical reader plus admin access to everything. You can take the work to another developer whenever you want.
What happens after handover?
Nothing has to. Plenty of clients take the handover and run things themselves. If you would rather not own the monitoring, ongoing support covers watching the systems, fixing what breaks and building the next thing.
How do we get started?
A free consultation, then a look at your real workflows to find where time and money are leaking. Occasionally that conversation ends with us saying a process should be removed rather than automated. That is a better outcome than selling you a build you did not need.
