How does The AI Bridge charge for work?

By Max Bridge · 28 August 2026 · Updated 29 August 2026

Three models. Fixed-fee projects, typically £2,000 to £50,000, with documentation, handover and 30 days of support. Revenue share, where we take a percentage of the value the system creates instead of a fee up front. Ongoing support from £2,500 a month for businesses running live systems.

Every engagement is scoped to the business, but the commercial structure is one of three things.

Fixed-fee project

Typically £2,000 to £50,000 and up, depending on the number of systems involved and how much logic sits between them. You get a defined outcome for a defined price, including documentation, handover and 30 days of support after launch.

Best for workflow automations, reporting systems, data pipelines and one-off builds, where the scope can be pinned down before work starts.

This is the right model when you want cost certainty and the outcome is clear.

Revenue share

Custom terms per engagement. We build the system and take a percentage of the value it creates, with no large upfront cost.

Best for lead generation, outreach systems and anything where the result is directly measurable. Two of our current engagements run this way, including a broker portal that is live and generating revenue.

We offer it because consultants should carry some of the risk. If the system does not produce, we do not get paid, which concentrates the mind considerably at the design stage.

Ongoing support

From £2,500 a month. Monitoring, troubleshooting, new automation ideas and priority access. It also covers iterating and adapting what we have built as the business grows and changes the way it works.

Best for businesses with live systems that need tuning as the business changes. It is optional. Plenty of clients take the handover and run things themselves.

The guarantee

If a solution does not meet the agreed performance metrics or fails to deliver the anticipated ROI, we offer a no-ROI money-back guarantee. The point of agreeing metrics up front is that both sides know what success looks like before a line of code is written.

What happens before any of it

A free consultation, then a look at your actual workflows rather than a generic AI roadmap. We look at where time and money are leaking and scope from there. Occasionally that conversation ends with us saying the process should be removed rather than automated, or that an off-the-shelf product does the job for £40 a month. That is a better outcome than selling you a build you did not need.

Book a call and we will give you a straight answer either way.
